I am a real estate agent in Lincoln,NE I want to connect with real estate investors one of my ideas is to pitch seminars to local investors. As investors what kind of seminar would you be interested in attending?

A) Lincoln doesn't have any sort of investors group or club as far as I'm aware, so getting together and networking with other investors would be nice.

B) It sounds like you're not drawing on personal experience as an investor or working with them, so what would be the draw for investors to learn from you, especially seasoned ones? Or is the idea you would present existing material from a book or course?

If it's the latter, perhaps kicking off a topic or summary of a book, then facilitating a group discussion might be an effective way of engaging investors and letting others hear about their experiences.
