@Charles KaoIt’s a commercial warehouse building in downtown Detroit I’ve had the power updated and added a bathroom and all other utilities but still have other repairs I need to make so I would like to take out some of the equity to do so and make the building more attractive to potential tenants who are look to run their company there.
