I live in Chesterfield, MO but I travel to Kansas City once a month and I'm also looking for multi families.

I work as a CPA in San Antonio for an oil company so I travel in everyday but I don't mind it because I really love this town.  

Based in Virginia but travel often.  

If so, can I still book right-offs/expenses against it like travel, phone, etc?

Just quit my W2 job this year at 32, and have been traveling around the country the last few months.

But waste plumbing piping is designed for an array of nasty products right out the gate.So, does the floor drain accept everything then travel to the sump where the floor drain terminates?

We live in Modesto, California.We own a few rental properties in our hometown: Two single-family homes and a "mother-in-law" cottage that we list on Air BnB and is pretty much rented out continuously by traveling nurses.

Two standard rental homes, plus a small cottage that we rent out on a short-term basis to traveling nurses via AirBnB. 

I am starting out wholesaling and plan to move on to rehabs, rentals, and RCFE's in the future.My goal is to become a full time investor within the next year, eventually become financially independent, and have the freedom to enjoy more quality time with my family and travel the world.

I don't think they will travel outside that area.
