Newbie From Saint Cloud, FL

Hi everyone,

Jorge here from Saint Cloud, FL. I am a full-time aircraft mechanic in the Air Force reserve. I started out on active duty in 2002, left in 2005 and returned in 2011 as a reservist. I worked as a mortgage loan processor from 2005-2007 and then moved on to timeshare sales until the market crashed in '08. I obtained my real estate license in 2010 but I am voluntarily inactive at the moment.

I am completely new to investing. I am starting out wholesaling and plan to move on to rehabs, rentals, and RCFE's in the future.

My goal is to become a full time investor within the next year, eventually become financially independent, and have the freedom to enjoy more quality time with my family and travel the world. I absolutely love and I'm proud of what I do but life is short and there are many things I want to experience and achieve in my life before it's too late!

I'm really looking forward to getting involved in the forums, meeting new people, and building some great relationships. I'm excited to learn as much as possible from the wealth of experience here and can't wait to get started!

Welcome to the BP Community! Glad to have you on here. Sounds like you've been brushing up close to investing for awhile now. I recommend that you read through both the Ultimate Beginner's Guide and the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Wholesaling if you haven't gotten a chance. All the best as you move toward your goal!
