Hello All-

Liam here.  Based in Virginia but travel often.  

Really enjoy the BP forums and articles.  

Full time communications exec, part time real estate investor.  I've done roughly 12 deals over the past decade, including flips and buy/hold.  Happy to be a survivor of the 2008 melt down.
