So, when someone says that their "expert real estate attorney said" that really doesn't swing much weight with me, having had attorneys as "students".Mind you, I'm not speaking as to points of law, but to how to properly structure financing transactions and the underwriting aspects, the due diligence, generally missed by the legal eagles.When I read these posts, I'm also listening to the tone of the comments, reading between the lines, as I can usually spot what is going on, but, I do miss some too, sometimes someone will say something and having heard it before, I will assume something that might not be on target....it happens.....but rarely!
