Greeting from Dairy Country
Hi all,
I consider myself a newbie investor as I'm going into my second year as a landlord of a SFH in a college town. I rent to students for the academic year and to families that attend the Cooperstown Baseball camps in the summer. I'm currently working on increasing cash flow to the rental and saving cash for another property.
My wife and own a farm in the middle of Cow country. We own horses and chickens which keeps us pretty busy in the summer along with hay and fixing fence lines.
