I would try and have 10% as the bare minimum for reserves but 15-20% is ideal. 15-20% of 200K is 30-40K so plenty of $$ if something comes up, you never know.

IMO the main benefit is anonymity if they are set up properly.If you register your LLC in a state outside of Maryland, then be sure to register it to do business in Maryland.

For example someone trips and falls and hires the "strong arm" to get them "the money they are owed" the strong arm does a quick asset search of what is owned by the property owner (the LLC) and nothing shows up.
