Good morning everyone,

I am new to real estate investing and currently live in the Boston area. My wife and I are passionate about real estate and looking to purchase our first long-term rental property (small multi-family). I am grateful for such a community of like-minded individuals and look forward to connecting with other real estate professionals and learn from you all.
