I'm highly interested in investing in the mortgage Note space.

For everything else, they can buy an air conditioner or a space heater and be all alright.

Additionally, my credit history is fairly young (although good, between 720 -770 depending on where I look) since I only moved to the US three years ago, I have no consumer-, student-, or car-debt, 100% payment history and no derogatory marks, but the Banks I inquired at either don't have LOC for investment properties at all, or my income is considered to low on paper, and I am trying to access some of the equity sittingThanks in advance for taking the time to answer if you can help!

I love real estate and would love to create explosive value in this space.  

@Sarah Dawson this is why attending conferences and networking is so important in the mortgage note space.

Has anyone every developed additional spaces in a mobile home park?

@Tony TibbarIf you do all your paperwork at home, you'd want to have a designated space at home (ideally, a room) that is used for work exclusively.

They refuse to pay any bills or look for other housing arrangements.She also refuses to at least attempt to split the house in a way we would both be comfortable with and have our own space.
