Hey BiggerPockets friends, 

I'm Yu Cao and very excited to be part of the community and connect like-minded people! I'm new to real estate investing, have read about 10+ books on real estate investing and listened to about 50+ podcasts since December 2018. More to come. I like taking actions and am working on my first rental property diligently. Currently I'm working as a project manager in a real estate development company in Flushing, NY on a 200-room hotel development project. My background is M'Arch from Rhode Island School of Design. 

My goal in real estate is to gain my freedom - own my time 100% to do what I like daily and enjoy my life. I love real estate and would love to create explosive value in this space.
