im not sure if im posting this in the right place or not but i thought a forum full of innovative thinkers might have some creative ideas

im trying help a seller solve their problem so i can purchase their house

theyve spelled it out so im going to cut/paste the conversation

I own a home  with a co-owner who refuses to sell because a personal vendetta against me. We have been offered several great offers and she refuses to sell. She can't remove me from the property so she has moved her entire family into the home. Her mother, sister, 3 children, her wife, and her wife's 3 children. They refuse to pay any bills or look for other housing arrangements. She also refuses to at least attempt to split the house in a way we would both be comfortable with and have our own space. Please help because if not I will be forced to take her to court and sue for partition of sale.

any suggestions ?
