Each real estate specialty requires different skill-sets, different education, varying amounts of capital, varying amounts of time to invest, etc, but they all have one thing in common...none of them are quick and easy cash.

New tile may take 5 or so hours, depends on your skill.

You can like houses, have nice outfits, be interested in helping people, bla bla bla, but if you don't develop SALES skills, it won't happen.

And cultivate that skill at the same time.
