Hi Desmond,Others have chimed in with some great advice thus far, so I'll just add that you can find hard money lenders for the first portion of the BRRRR on the BiggerPockets website under the 'Network' tab.You can search by state, and it can serve as a good starting point for your front-end lender search.Best,Michael

Sometimes it's as simple as talking to them, telling them you will lose the home if they don't pay rent or you won't be able to afford your mom's heart surgery and your younger siblings will be homeless.You can serve them a 3-day Pay or Quit, even if the courts are closed.
