I think it makes no sense since the 1M or so Invested in the stock market can bring me a better return - or I can put it down for my next house instead of selling stocks….What am i missing?

For military folks moving a lot, owning for a long time might be a bit tricky, but there are options like selling or getting someone reliable to take care of your property.

While these numbers look good, I am also considering the risk that I get stuck with the property because It would be hard to sell it.

I have a multifamily property that I'm considering selling but would need to do a 1031 exchange.

Needless to say there were no other lenders out there at the time and it was either sell or bankruptcy.
