Our first investment - a vacation rental?
Hi Bigger Pockets!! I love the website and podcast, and it's inspired us to start our real estate investment journey. We have about 60-70k to start investing. We are a military family with young kids, work full time, and move around a lot so we have been uncertain about flipping etc. We are thinking about putting an offer in on a 235k vacation condo in our favorite popular beach town, that would have a typical ROI of about 10% annually. Is this good investment? Ideally I would like to quit my job and focus on real estate full time but unsure of how to navigate that as a military family.
