Seeking advice on an emotional roller coaster.

Our company is currently seeking investors that are interested in fix and flips, buy an hold properties and any other general rehab needs.The Owner of the company is a licensed and insured Contractor.

In his books Kiyosaki says the wealthy seek loopholes and actively participate in tax avoidance.

You may be best served by seeking out a very strong attorney in your local area, here in Virginia, to represent your interests.

I am open to any and all advice, guidance and new connections and friends to be made from this awesome community!!!

So based upon what you are saying, it sounds like we need to seek out a more experienced partner to join forces with?

I wish I had found someone like me (the me with my current knowledge) to guide me along but I either didn't think to do so, didn't know anyone, or was too strong willed (read prideful) to ask for guidance.
