I deal with a ton of residential investors in my business and very very few people understand these concepts - forget fully - not even remotely.

I'm accustomed to seeing many kudos type of posts for new features on BP; so far, this one doesn't seem to be getting the same response from the userbase.

I would suggest that you avoid anything that even sounds remotely like another existing company.

Video chat from kiosk, mobile app entry, and remote access seem to be features that would add value to the residents. 

What if a bank or lender had those features, would that be ok?

Apparently, it's safer that giving the tenant your account number and preprinted deposit sips to your account, for them to make deposits for you, as they can perpetrate bank fraud knowing your account number.Another way is to make remote deposits by your cell phone though I haven't tried money orders.I have tenant's paid in cash with no bank accounts and when I tell them I don't take cash, they go buy money orders.

On a duplex, with water saving features installed, you should be at no more than $100.00 a month total.
