I am planning to do a house hack on a property.

I have a seasoned GC relationship and am looking to fix and flip 10 - 20 houses in 2022. 

I also thought about just taking out an FHA loan (since my wife and I both have 750 credit scores) and buying a house and renting out my mobile home to cover the mortgage.

I can barely get firms to look at columbus with 10x years of experience thats mostly for ground up. the average house cost is still less than 100k which means you have a lot of houses to tear down still to create a housing shortage. the economics don't make it favorable for any type of investing but turn key or maybe ground up in the urban core which works in any city. but compare any of these cities, I'll take Indianapolis, Chicago, Minneapolis, and columbus and Milwaukee and pass on the rest. 

Do you believe it is a coincidence the majority of housing coming on line is in the 19123/19125 zip codes?

I am house hacking paying about 500 to cover mortgage.  

If there were not 100 other reasons why I would not invest in CA I would love to buy houses 15% under market. 

I would suggest emailing or calling the US House of Representatives office for the congressman/woman for the district your rental property is in or the district where you live. 

And for over 10 years, I have been in multifamily affordable housing development, and I am very familiar with asset management, property management, construction, and tax credit financing.
