My name is Matt McDonald, I'm a local investor in Columbia, SC, and new to the Bigger Pockets community.  I grew up here and for the last 10 years I've worked for a Fortune 200 company in a completely different industry.  I've been blessed to have the opportunity to now pursue my dreams of investing in real estate to build wealth for my family while improving the communities we touch.  I have a seasoned GC relationship and am looking to fix and flip 10 - 20 houses in 2022.
