I have a duplex near a Mini Mart gas station and people are constantly throwing their trash on my property.

Currently interested in north Dallas area, Ohio, and properties offered by REI Nation.

Question is, should I go ahead and sell off all the properties now while I am still have a job and sell will be reflected on 2024 Taxes, them 0 income next 3 years.

He is Property Manager.

Now, as I exit this investment, I’m excited to revisit this journey with you 3 years and 8 months later.Acquisition:In December 2020, I closed on the 44-unit property for $1.725M.

They should keep detailed records, including photos of damaged property, repair estimates, and receipts for items like cars and appliances.

I only have 6 rental properties with little intention of buying anything else within the next 3 years.

(going from 6.75 to 5.5-5.75) What I fear is that this forces me to stay in the property again for another 12 months.

I am trying to see if I should just try to find a cash buyer who wants to hold the property and I could either finish the work as part of the deal or offer it at a reduced price for them to finish...my other option is to try to do a cash-out refinance since we have done a significant amount of work, can I still get a semi accurate appraisal without the entire work being complete.
