Toward the end of the loan process i was notified the loan was dead since I had not owned the house in my personal name for the last 6mo.I was able to find non-goverment backed loans for this but only at a 15 yr term.

I then called another company Bio Recovery who's parent company is Prestige WorldWide Industries (http://www.prestigeworldwide.company) which if you've never seen the movie Step Brothers is the name of their "Fake Company" which makes me now question doing business with these guys.

The result is that the LLC, which will own the property, ends up in the student's parent's name, along with the commercial loan since the student is ineligible (for at the time at least another 2+ years.)When it comes time to refinance/sell/etc. how can the property belong to the student instead of the parent, without "rebuying" the property from the parent?
