The person who initiated the investigation was a realtor who was pissed that he couldn't get the listing from the seller, since I already had it under contract, and decided to file a complaint just to be a pain in the butt).

My fear is with tenant in there and house needing work they will be a pain and constantly want things fixed and attempt to get reduced rent and then have to deal with trying to get them out in a year Thoughts ?
