Those thinking they can obtain a real education without much effort will probably find themselves broke when they wake up 20 years later.A third of those who pass a RE exam here are probably out of the business within a year, another 1/3 in the next year, only about 10@ who sit for a test will be around 5 years later and half of those will be part time agents.

In my limited experience I would think though that this would appear on the tax assessors website as it does with other unoccupied properties that I have looked into.Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to where to look to obtain more information on ownership of this property... town clerk's office, perhaps?

You first have to obtain one from the court, and then you just file it with the county Recorder's office for the county where their property is located.
