Good PM in Anchorage?

Hello Anchorage area Investors,

My in-laws have a 15 unit rental property here in town and it's more than they want to deal with when it comes to managing their property. They're having a hell of a time finding a property manager that they're content with. I'm curious if anyone knows of a PM that they know to be worth their keep that they would refer me to?

Thank you!

Zak

Hi Zachary,

Currently we self manage 17 units here in town. But we've used Eric and Kass at RPM Last Frontier for many "fill in" times while we were out of town. We've also used them as consultants -repeatedly- for information on various subjects: everything from dealing with problem tenants, to financing new purchases. They even turned us on to a good GC we're  using on a rehab as we speak. We've found them to be ethical, knowledgeable and professional, especially in time critical/stressful situations.

Kass is one impressive intellect, and Eric is no slouch either. And they are investors themselves, so they know where you're coming from.

I have no experience with Roy Briley or his operation, so can't speak to that. But the rest of the PM's in this town would have to pay us to manage our properties.

We plan to turn all our rentals over to RPM once we've finished our rehab and stabilized the property. That said, I think it's important for any investor to really know the numbers on their property(s) before turning it(them) over to a PM.
