Attend networking events and connect with more people in Houston area and you will slowly able to find it. 

This would be a great way to get started and network with a ton of great people!  

If it is too big, get more specific, if to small, go down in the age group... and play with it.Get a different number for each control group.. let's say you want to see if absentee owners really give you better results.... get a different number for absentee owners (but if your goal is to send them over to your site.. it wouldn't matter).An other good thing to do is go to your meeting or network here and ask local marketers what they have success with in your market.

In addition, under the "NETWORK" tab you can search/attend Real Estate Investor meetups usually for free where you can continue to learn about real estate from people who are experienced.

This is a great place to learn and network.

I have a good network based off of in-person relationships and seeing the work they do for our clients and can add to your list of resources to get to know.2- I have a french bulldog too, so that's cool.
