Is it possible to wholesale at 17 years old?

Hello Everyone,

I am looking to get started into real estate investing, more specifically wholesaling. I have been doing research for about 4-5 months now, and my concern is that when it’s time to put a house under contract, I won’t be able to because of my age.

Also, I live in South Carolina...Is this a good market to invest in or should I try virtual wholesaling?
