My Assistant Property Manager does commercial for the most part and intensive leasing.

I would let her know that you've been seeing the dog on a weekly basis and that it either needs to stop or - if she's a good tenant and if the dog is decent and you wish to continue - consider enforcing some rules and monetary agreements.

Hi @Nick Sandt The only way to obtain access to a regional MLS is to become a licensed salesperson or an assistant of one. 

@Prat ShThere are about a dozen CPAs on the forums who are active and can probably assist you.

Most folks are depositing claimant checks in their bank accounts using a POA,   I spoke to one Assistant Manager here in Cali and she stated that they would not accept a check  that was not endorse to me. 

We like to take a comprehensive approach with our clients to assist in all aspects in building a successful rental business including tax, legal, accounting, financing, SDIRA investing, and of course 1031 exchanges. 

I am not looking to provide monetary donations to other community programs, but would be willing to invest significantly in some sort of community outreach program of our own.
