A doctor that's "prescribing" based on an internet form is probably guilty of malpractice, and certainly shouldn't hold up as evidence of any disability.It might also be worth calling the agency that enforces this stuff and asking them directly.

If not blow the whistle at the local code enforcement office.I would also suggest that you turn off all of the 220 circuit breakers and see if it shuts off any 110 circuits.
