One is an artist, the other a graphic designer in on-line advertising. 

Some are online, some you have to call or show up.

Then you have your online exchanges like FCI, LoanMLS & PaperStac where you deal with the seller directly. 

@Brandon Cravens if you go the route of not saying mobile home park or community in the name, there's no reason you can't still list it as one in online directories and on the website.

Looking to do individual leases per bedroom and include basic furniture and home itens.

The properties are held individually with me and a partner.

The analysis isn't quite as straightforward as looking at each individual deal and seeing if the cash flow is positive on individual properties unless you're planning on only purchasing a single property.  

In looking it up online, the state of MN takes title to the property via a State Tax Deed and that is what they are conveying on sale.  

I've been trying to find information online and through these forums but most just recommend going through a title agency. 

I am an extremely motivated individual that enjoys challenges.Just flat out, are there too many liability issues to having me tag along and help out that would prevent me from being able to obtain this goal?
