I need to name a mobile home park.  We have it narrowed down to two names. Please respond with A or B, or something else. The park is on a literal hilltop in southern Missouri ozark region.

Option A: Richwood Ridge Mobile Home Park

Option B: Hilltop Mobile Home Park

I like B

..... but I am a minimalist... does it have to have the words "mobile home park" in it? There are several near me with neighborhood sounding names like "Zellwood Station", "Chalet North", "The Hills", "The Valley", "Overland Village" etc. I'm sure the signs still say "mobile home park" on them, but having a neighborhood-like name can give residents more pride in the park. What if you named it simply "Hilltop Park" and with that in larger letters on the sign, put smaller below it "a mobile home community" or something like that....just my two cents as I needlessly stressed picking the right name for my car detailing service business back in 07 and it paid off greatly over the years in name recognition and verbal referrals. I picked "UpTown Detailing" instead of anything with either my name or the common wash/soap/shine/etc references. Short, memorable, and easy to Google.  I know it's just a name, but there's a lot of power in a good name!
