Excited to get the ball rolling!

Some will low ball at 90k hoping the other 2 come in at 85k.   

Or is the main thing just to get the ball rolling with either/or and the doors will come through momentum, as you mentioned?

If the house is worth 100 and the appraisal somehow comes back at 70 well then you’re golden.  

I would just clarify to say Never close on a  property you did not eye ball. 

It gets the ball rolling and if there is another quicker better way you are not out much.

Who should be your go to person to get the ball rolling on such a project?

Stop trying to get a read on the crystal ball and follow basics of investing and decide if it’s a good purchase or not and not whether it’s a purchase during a recession or expansion.
