I have been rehabilitated my mother in laws house for the past three years, with the little bit of money I make, while fixing my credit from a mother that used my name in my younger years irresponsibly.

Honestly that's where the cheapest money is with the best terms (30 yr fixed). 

This weekend I pretty much fixed all my letters by inserting the individuals names and the property i'm interested into each letter.

Is there anything in the works to fix the job search page (or maybe it’s not broken, maybe I’m the only one having this problem?)

new paint, upgrade bathroom vanities, upgrade laundry room, fix this, fix that, etc...the sale price is going to govern our budget for our next house. 

Wholesalers have there numbers, realtors have there's, fix and flip have there's, and buy and hold have there's.

You’re not likely to find a fixed 30-year term loan for a residential property held in a LLC.

Jose, I'm wholesaling right now but my goal is to fix and flip,obtain some rental income property.Brent, I will inquire about whether that colleague would or could agree to that,then let you all know.

Hopefully that will light a fire under them to fix this issue.
