I have been rehabilitated my mother in laws house for the past three years, with the little bit of money I make, while fixing my credit from a mother that used my name in my younger years irresponsibly. I have finally finished and have a renter in, but what now? I have been looking into refinancing but it seems the banks want the house in my name. I thought it was a good idea to open a company and put it under its name as to build a company asset. Wanting to expand on my property listing but growing very wiry of banks wanting to get some professional/seasoned advice.
