I've received drawings from the zoning dept regarding the nearby utilities.Next up, I'd like to get a better grasp of what the total costs would be from start-to-finish. 

I am also fortunate that I run a business where basically I can travel / live anywhere so in the initial phases I’d obviously visit the city and be present during inspections, and potentially stay nearby during the rehab process, especially for the first couple investments until such time I have trust in the people on the ground.

It would bring in more shopping center development and potentially transportation to that nearby shopping center.

I'm targeting 1 myself and will manage it so I can afford to manage a few others nearby. 

I have sent out thousands of mailers too unknown unseen properties (bought a list) and only get a few responses and even fewer deals.
