Yes. My name is Blake, 

i have been studying for my real estate state exam of California. I'm really interested in surrounding myself with seasoned investors, to gain a in depth and hands on experience in the industry. Maybe to even, just surround myself with likeminded individuals. 

I have been studying & gaining my owe knowledge by independently taking action, reading the book's (most i find are recommendations of BiggerPockets) i listen to about two bigger pockets podcast a day. I attend Century 21 On Target Long Beach Location every Wednesday to help prep me for my state exam. But i would like to spend my free time going to investor meet ups and maybe finding a metor that specializes as a real estate agent and a real estate investor. I would love to be investor-friendly real estate agent and in the near future a financially free real estate investor if you like to talk to me about more with my goals and what I've been doing in pursuing please contact me especially if you're nearby in the area!!!
