When vacationing, people are looking for the perfect blend of affordability, comfort, and an experience (amenities).

I believe everyone can make up their own minds, but I also feel that it's only right that people be informed about what they're getting involved in.

I do feel confident in the area's overall appreciation due to the high demand in Los Angeles and surrounding (I know that there is a risk of a market downturn). 

I guess I am here because I feel lost and overwhelmed and want to learn how to make the most of this situation to achieve my goals in a safe way over the next 1-5 years if possible.

Just like with electric cars, nobody wants to talk about the true costs, the poor people (aka: slaves) digging up the materials, the damage caused by the manufacturing process, that solar only survives because our government steals money from its citizens to prop up the entire industry, involvement of Communist China, etc.If you want to use this technology to feel better about your carbon footprint, go for it.
