Good in that they can be redeemed online but bad that you get a gift card for every receipt and I end up with stacks of cards for $1-2, but that's not the issue.As I said, I do a lot of receipts so I just submitted and trusted them.The issue I have is that I had noticed the dollar amounts of the gift cards weren't adding up to the receipts I thought I was submitting.

@Josh Kilpatrick if you are trying to use Conventional financing, their funds are NOT eligible to be used, because gifts and unsecured loans are not allowed for investment properties.When you go to apply for your loan, you will need to provide 2 months bank statements, and if there are any large deposits, they will need to be sourced.
