It looks like the only drawback is the approval process that need the lenders to approve the deals.I saw one short sell in my area and I wonder if any of you have already found a bad short sell deals ?

Hey Michael thanks for your input yeah we have PMC and I'm just concerned cause we are over seas on vacation when the call came in, I just panicked for a little bit.

They put about $60k into it and we are about to list it for $150k, so they’ll have a decent profit when it’s all said and done. 

There are some really charming areas in all directions within a short 30-60 minute drive of PDX.
