My name is Patrick Griffith and I am an agent/investor in La Crosse, Wisconsin. I have done everything from house hacking, short term rentals, and flips. La Crosse is a great place to start investing with 4 local colleges, 3 major hospitals, and several large companies there is a high demand for rentals. Looking forward to connecting and learning from this awesome community!
