Stated another way, to get the favorable tax treatment for gains on your homestead if you live there for 2 of the last 5 years, would I be ok?

For instance, I've seen several people post on these forums saying that holding property in an LLC doesn't have any tax consequences because of a flow-through treatment of taxes. 

Woody has made no claim for section 195 treatment. 

My own LLC (LLCDave) gets the passthrough treatment since it's a single proprietor LLC, but what about 123 Main St LLC?  

And when questioned on treatment of the property or complaints of other tenants, the accusations and text essays flew.

With so few barriers to entry, there’s a lot of faking it ‘till you make it in this industry and a lot of waist-high BS.

Naturally this is not *supposed* to be full of people offering fake reviews, but of course it is.

IE installing septic systems in many different scenarios and building a compact treatment plant for a subdivision we developed in Rural Nevada county CA. 

in hearing you the only thing that would concern me is how little the bed bugs have cost .. our experience with bed bugs is we have never paid less then $1k  to get a house properly treated and the only proper treatment legal right now in NC in heat treatment bc there are not sprays that work to permanently rid bed bugs.
