I used to think I couldn't get started in real estate investing until I had a lot more $$ saved up (most is tied up in....you guessed it, real estate), but I'm beginning to see that there are lots of other financing options and strategies.

You have just succeeded at finding a strategy that doesn’t suit your area.

I am working on usimg the brrrr strategy and i was wonderig if you or anyone in this forum can suggest a list of realible hard money lenders and investor friendly banks since im having trouble finding a bank that do not requier seasoning. 

If you're buying for cash flow I would think you can do better.Maybe explain the strategy here a bit more.

If your strategy is to Section 8 the units out you can make a killing.

Following the BRRR strategy, I want to rehab the units.

It's like anything, you have to know what you are buying and know your exit strategy before you buy it.
