Nj has a lot of Consumer Rights which I intend on using but am trying to see if another angle could help to get resolution faster.

I think, but am not sure, you would have a Consumer Protection issue since the price it may sale for is very likely not the price you are quoting, thus leading the buyer to fall prey to a bait and switch.Call a local attorney but off the cuff I would not attempt this.

So it can get pretty time consuming for the QI.

To many things can be changed along the process which can be costly and time consuming.

Thoughts:A one month vacancy for turnover would consume many months of that rent increase. 

It would be great to compare markets by the common indicators such as:-Population growth-unemployment rates-income rates-housing prices-price to rent ratio-insurance and tax rates-etc..It’s quite time consuming to put all the data together myself.

How is your lead consumed?

If you’ve already built a strong financial position (low consumer debt, strong income, personal reserves, etc.) you can get away with less.

I feel like i’ve consumed so much content speaking about credit scores, house hacking, and loans.
