Hi! My name's JT Marting, and I'm currently an 18 year old student living in Cleveland, Ohio. Instead of going to college right after high school, i'm considering moving in with my grandparents while taking a gap year. They live in the West Palm/Jupiter, Fl area. In a perfect world I'd find some sort of job in the industry of real estate possibly working as a low level employee at a brokerage or lender, or even connect with some experienced investors to increase my knowledge in the field in hopes of increasing my chances at success.
