That's because if you don't replace everything cosmetic, you'll find that the stuff you didn't replace detracts from the renovation.For example, if you replace everything but the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen cabinets will typically look old to those walking through, even if they're in decent condition.

Great that you're on top of all this at such an early age.If you really want to Wholesale and are trying to pick a market then I would look at large saturated markets as my first choice where there's plenty of large quantity of densely populated houses.

Two thoughts here:1) There are only a handful of attorneys in each state who actually know their stuff when it comes to securities law, how to use it to your advantage, what timelines are for processing depending on which exemption you are using, etc.
