Hi,

I wanted to introduce myself. I'm a newish investor in Portland, Oregon area. I have a SFH rental and am looking to ramp things up in the next year or so. I've studied and read tons of books, been through a couple of homes study courses and seminars; but hadn't really gotten deep into the brass tacks of things. I want to grow my portfolio of rentals to be able to replace my current working income. I've spent some time in online and internet marketing and know a couple things about websites and optimizations.

I've listened to many of the great podcasts in the last 2 weeks or so (1-30 and 40-45). There's a ton of great stuff in there and a lot of inspirational info and different perspectives. I enjoyed Leon Yang's podcast that he'd move to a new city and just go to town. I also learned a ton from Jeff Brown's podcast about notes and having a good financial basis. I hadn't heard about some of the 401k Solo entities that he had discussed.

I'm looking forward to meeting some of the great folks in the forums and around my local area.
