In the book Millionaire Real Estate Investor, the authors provide a handy chart talking about levels of return (ie 1-4% dead money, 5-7% safe money, etc.) which is why I am curious to see what others use for that calculation.

First problem is that their opperators arent trained to stay on script and that they paraphrase too much.Secondly if an operator isnt available the call goes to music without say anything, no welcome message at all, and a caller can be listening to dead air for minutes without an answer.

To me, they are dead in the water.Typically, when such an ambiguity is the crux of a court action, the court rules against whoever drafted the ambiguous clause.

The city would have bulldozed the place and there would have been a cost the city would have incurred and would not collect since it was against a dead person that had no other assets.We fixed it, saved the city additional costs and brought the house to a place that is now a good property and tax base for them.
