Mistakes can happen with any number, but I have never and it should never affect or push back a closing date??????

I played around with some of the ways of looking at value in the Introduction to Real Estate Analysis article by J Scott, but whenever I think of an offer I get worried I am either insulting him or giving away all my hard work (3 years of time assembling lots and getting it through city approvals, and serving as an uncompensated GC for net zero energy certification and most of the site work).

Hi I already gave them an extension and the lawyer actually said you could.I just had them sign something saying the date they would be out mutually.

A “company” that wastes their marketing dollars mailing to houses where title transferred in the last three months and that appear to be active construction sites isn’t one I could see myself sitting down with.

What should I be looking for when I'm browsing sites such as Realtor.com?
