Is anyone familiar with Parrot Home Buyers In Indiana?

I am looking to sell an investment property in Indianapolis Indiana.  I've been receiving post cards from Parrot Home Buyers.  They supposedly buy properties and close very quickly.  Has anyone ever heard of them or used them before?  Any info is appreciated thank you!
