Our accountant and attorney is not super savvy in real estate and I just want to make sure we are getting the best advice possible, especially for tax advice/strategies for the future.

Spend some time saving cash and decide what your new goals for the future are. 

Maybe tell them that you may not always be available so they should make sure someone else has a key to get in to help them if there is an issue in the future.  

I'll try and remember that for the future.

Also, we've targeted Mobile because my wife's family all live there and it's a relatively comfortable place for us to invest OOS - so we'll likely be looking for more deals in the Mobile market in the future - would love to connect with any other Mobile REI's, wholesalers, or Realtors who are interested in connecting for future business!
